The course takes place at the Kilkenny College facilities. The campus is located 15 minutes from the city center.

ACADEMIC PROGRAMME
Classes are Monday through Friday in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on the week. Each day they will have 3 hours and 20 minutes of class with a break of 30 minutes. The morning schedule is from 9:00 to 12:50 and the afternoon from 2:00 pm to 5:50 pm. There is a maximum of 15 international students per class. The teachers are native and experienced in teaching English as a foreign language, with special emphasis on the oral part of the language, incorporating debates, games and conversation. The first day, a test is done to determine the level of the student. At the end of the course, the student receives a certificate of the grade reached. The accompanying leader works with the staff of the school for the correct functioning of the course, both in its academic aspect and in the activities and excursions.
ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation with a family of maximum confidence, selected by our accommodation officer, on a full board basis is an optimal way to enjoy the course in Ireland. In the family, you are the only Spanish-speaking student.
Normally, the travel time does not exceed 20 minutes walking, if so, the families bring them and pick them up from school. Students who stay in the school residence do it in separate buildings, boys and girls, in bedrooms with 2 to 6 beds.
The bedrooms are large and equipped with wardrobes, bedside tables and linens, but no towels. The sheets are changed once a week. The showers and bathrooms are located next to the bedrooms. The school has Internet access in both the common areas and the rooms. There is a laundry service once a week.
ACTIVITIES
Social, cultural and sports activities are an important part of the program. They are always carried out with students of other nationalities (French, Italian, Turkish or Portuquese).
Each week there are two half-day excursions and one full-day excursion. Transportation and tickets are included in the price. . The Kilkenny College program:

Sports and cultural activities after class: tennis, basketball, visits to the Dunmore caves, water sports, visits to museums, Smithwicks beer factory, Kilkenny castle ...

Excursions on Saturdays: Depending on the dates of the trip the students will make full day excursions to Dublin, The National Heritage Park in Wexford, Glendalough in Wicklow, Cork, Tramore, Dawlkey castle or Butler's Chocolate Factory among others ...

On Sundays, the accompanying leader from Spain will offer optional excursions for the students.
